Fairway Views comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults across four en-suite bedrooms. In line with Estate rules, one additional child under six may share each bedroom, allowing a maximum of 12 guests in total (8 adults and up to 4 children under six).

Prince's Grant is a fully gated and 24-hour guarded estate. Access is controlled at the main entrance, and the villa sits within a quiet, private section of the estate.

The estate's private beach is a short drive or leisurely walk from the villa. It is a pristine, uncrowded stretch of Indian Ocean shoreline — exclusively for estate residents and guests.

Absolutely. The villa is spacious and family-friendly, with a safe, enclosed estate environment, a pool, and plenty of open space for children to enjoy.

Yes. The villa has solar power and backup power to keep essential appliances, lighting, and WiFi running during load-shedding or outages.

Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. We are happy to discuss flexible arrangements where possible — just mention it in your enquiry.

All bookings are made directly through us — simply send an enquiry with your dates and guest numbers and we will confirm availability and pricing promptly. A minimum stay of 2–3 nights typically applies, though this varies by season.

Yes — cleaning is included in the rate and is provided on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 08:00 and 14:30. Additional cleaning days can be arranged on request, subject to an additional charge.
